How to change subject settings on contact form

    Hi there, I want to prevent emails form threading with my gmail. In order to do this I need the contact form to take information provided in the form and add it to the subject field so each message is isolated by email. FOr example right now my subject says: "Re: new message from website" I would like it to retrieve some info form the contact form as well for example I would like it to say "New message from John Smith" or something retrieving the name or phone number from the person contacting me. Im going through your website now to try to find the settings but am having difficulty since I cant remember what I did when setting this up. Please help if you can.

    To modify the subject of any notification, just enter the EMAIL WIZARD. Under the EMAIL tab, you can manually modify the subject of the notification. You can enter any text you like, you can also add any field values as well. You can add it by clicking the pencil icon on the right and selecting the field to include in the subject.
