    Hello,

I have two issues.  Please help.

    1.  Is there a way to retrieve a form that was being created but somehow got erased?

    2.  Some of our customers are saying they are submitting forms but they aren't showing up in the database.  Is there something wrong?

    Please help.  Urgent.  Thank you.

In order for us to fully focus on each issue you are having, we kindly ask that separate questions be asked on separate support threads. This is so we can support you better, so your second question will be moved to a support thread of its own.

When it comes to retrieving / restoring a form that was deleted, your forms are first moved to the Trash folder, from where they can still be restored or purged completely. The following guide explains how to restore a form from the Trash folder:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

In case the form has been purged from the Trash folder, then it is removed from our servers and there is not much we can do to retrieve it.

If you cannot find your form anywhere and do not remember deleting it, you can also let us know the form's ID, or the form's URL, and we'll be happy to double-check it for you what may have happened to that form.

Your second question regarding some submissions not showing in your database has been moved here:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/889376

We will assist you with it there, shortly. Thank you.
