Error message "not signed up for digital products"

    I'm building a form where at the end the user is choosing a payment fee. Once I press the button for PayPal to process I get an error message that I am not signed up to receive digital products. I'm signed up with PayPal... have all the credentials filled on the JotForm site. Where is the problem??

    The error is not caused by anything you did on your jotform or with our system, the actual issue is with your PayPal account not being enabled to accept this.

    Unfortunately there is no option that you can tick and have it running, you will need to contact PayPal support and they will be able to turn it on for you.

    Irshad....... thank you very much! Contacted PayPal and they said use the pro version of the account. Now it is working with no problem
