Why can't customers with gmail accounts receive autoresponder?

    Hi,

    I can't find the problem with the autoresponder I created. The test does fine with my Outlook but Gmail accounts are not receiving any e-mail after filling out the form.

    Please help me with this.

    I see that the form you linked is currently encrypted. Please note that when a form is encrypted, autoresponders will not be sent to the user. This is because only the person who has the encryption key will be able to view the submission data. And since the users who submit the form do not have the encryption key, there will be no way for your users to decrypt the data.
