Good morning, I've been making some changes in my form and it stopped working. I do not know if you need a time to return to normal but the warning is not being found my forms. Could take a look? Thank you.

Your account has been autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of Jotform's terms. Please note that collecting user credentials (username and password) is strictly prohibited on jotform.
To remove the suspension on your account, please delete the fields that are asking for user's credentials.
Let us know on this thread once you have deleted the suspected fields, and we shall remove the suspension accordingly. Regards.
