I checked your review and I can confirm that it was made by you. However, can I please ask you to make the links clickable so that they lead the user to our website when a user clicks it. We require that not only the short text is present about jotform, but also to add at least one link pointing back to us.

I would also like to as you if you could add a couple more screenshots of jotform's features.
