Can someone please help check if this is the same issue I am facing with multiple file upload in a different region server (Malaysia, South East Asia)?

I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. I've filled out your form and uploaded files without any issues.
I see that there are missing fields on your conditions. We would appreciate it if you could delete them and try it again on your side.
In addition to that could you also clear your form caches? After that, We would appreciate it if you could also test it on your side again and let us know the result.
