I don't understand why I am getting a Storage message

According to the Bronze pricing package I should have unlimited submission storage and I do not have any SSL usage so I do not know why I am being asked to upgrade.   All of the submissions are text intensive and no graphics being uploaded so file sizes should be minimal in terms of data storage.  Please advise.

The reason why you're getting that message is because you are about to reach the monthly submissions limit. As of right now, you have 759 submissions. Your limit is up to 1000 submissions per month.

The submission counter resets every 1st day of the month. If you are not expecting to receive more than 1000 submissions this month, then you can just ignore the message.
