WebForm with ViciDial

Hi there,

I'd like to setup a form to use from my ViciDial. See the video below to see how it works with another custom CRM.

Web Form -This is where you can set the custom web page that will be opened when the user clicks on the WEB FORM button. To customize the query string after the web form, simply begin the web form with VAR and then the URL that you want to use, replacing the variables with the variable names that you want to use --A--phone_number--B-- just like in the SCRIPTS tab section. If you want to use custom fields in a web form address, you need to add &CF_uses_custom_fields=Y as part of your URL.

I need help creating the form link.  So I'm trying to use the webform as VARhttps://form.jotform.co/62065418182858/--A--first_name--B--/--A--last_name--B--/--A--address1--B--/--A--phone_number--B--/--A--city--B--/--A--state--B--/--A--postal_code--B--/--A--phone_number--B--, but I just get a 404 error on your page.

What text would I use to use jotform and ViciDial?

If I understood you correctly you want to add link of your form to ViciDial CRM.

Considering that I am not familiar with ViciDial CRM and we do not have integration with ViciDial CRM, I can only suggest you to try to add only link of your form https://form.jotform.co/62065418182858 in Web Form field of ViciDial. 

Link that you provided https://form.jotform.co/62065418182858/--A--first_name--B--/--A--last_name--B--/--A--address1--B--/--A--phone_number--B--/--A--city--B--/--A--state--B--/--A--postal_code--B--/--A--phone_number--B-- is not valid link and because of that 404 error message is shown. 

I would also suggest you to contact ViciDial support.
