    That is not correct. I suggest you also review the JotForm Terms of Use for better understanding of the provisions.

    Your FREE subscription simply have reached submissions and storage limits. So there was a notification sent to you so that you can properly do the adjustments.

    I see that you have now upgraded to BRONZE plan. The account have now expanded limits.
