    How can I fix our "Apply Now" Form to our company web page?

    Asked by Holly  on July 25, 2016 at 05:44 PM

    Hello,

    I am working on Iron Horse Financial's company page (www.ironhorse-financial.com) and noticed our job application form does not have a submit button and when I go through to edit our website platform, FMG Suite, the field is blank for where the form should be. I've contacted FMG Suite about it and they said to reach out to JotForm since the Apply Now Form has been created through you. FMG Suite gave me a form number - http://form.jotform.us/jsform/52115906677157 to inquire about the credentials associated with it. Please let me know if there are any questions.

    Thank you,

    Holly

    I have just checked the form embedded on your webpage and I can see it is not showing fine, please see my screen-cast below:

    I can see you've embedded your form using the default embed method (JavaScript), could you please embed your form using the iFrame method, here is the guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Please if the issue still persists, let us know, we will be glad to check the form again.

    It is weird, I checked the webpage and the submit button is showing there, although I can see you have not changed the used code.

    Default embed method:

    How the form shows currently on my end:

    I have tested even on a mobile device screen resolution and I can see the button is there:

    Could you please share us a screenshot about how it shows on your end?

    If possible, please try embedding using this iFrame code:

     <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame"

          onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/52115906677157"

          frameborder="0"

          style="width:100%;

          height:1250px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="no">

        </iframe>

    It is modified to show the form completely.

    Please update us here if it works on your end now.

    Thanks! I see it now on there. Now I have another question about the form.

    I noticed in the Email section, when you type in the email it only gives you an allotted amount of space, 10 characters to be exact. Is there any way we can change that because it won't allow a normal email address to be in that field.
