Please provide more details about your question so we can provide you with the appropriate suggestion as well.

In case it was about how to prevent the form having duplicate entries/submission you can check this user guide also:

    User guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

This feature will prevent duplicate entries.

    Thanks.

Sorry, I want to create a volunteer form that allows say 4 volunteers to sign up for a 2 hour time slot. However, I don't want a 5th volunteer to be able to sign up. My need is we have a Christmas tree lot and get church volunteers to sign up. They would work 6 days a week in 4 hour blocks with only 3 volunteers in each block. I don't want people to sing up after the 3rd but would rather them pick an open slot. Is there a form already built or a tutorial?

Thank you for the clarification. You can create a form using the APPOINTMENT widget

This widget will enable you to create slots where is user can select the time they wish to volunteer.

I just created a small form for you to look at. You may clone it and see if this can help.
