How can I create a widget for JotForm?

I want to make a widget that graphs the user's data in a spider graph or other graphs that will be used on a self assessment survey.

Access our Developers Page to start: http://developers.jotform.com/. Is it a graph within the form or a graph for reporting form data? If within the form, it's a widget yes. If for reporting, you can create it as an app. Please note that apps/widgets are all subject for approval.
