Changing my paypal account

    Hello,

    I want to change the paypal account from one to another. I tried clicking the "Cancel" button under subscription in Account settings, but after it takes me to paypal it says "The unsubscribe link you have clicked is invalid..." so I went through paypal and manually cancelled the subscription. Now I want to re-enter the payment information but there is no button on the account settings page anymore to allow me to do so. What shall I do?

    You will need to resubscribe to JotForm using your new Paypal account information. Once you login to your JotForm account scroll down until you see the Account Settings, click on it and then you should see the Re Subscribe button. This would take you to the upgrade page where you can select Paypal and enter your new Paypal information.

    Thanks for the quick reply as always.

     

    There is no "resubscribe" button on my account settings page. There is a "cancel" button, which, when clicked, takes me to paypal with an error saying "The unsubscribe button you clicked through is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history."

    I have manually set your JotForm account to free so that the Upgrade to Premium link should appear in your JotForm account settings. Can you please logout and then re login to your JotForm account  and once you go to account settings the Upgrade to Premium link should appear, just click on this so that you can enter the new Paypal information.

    Thank you.

    The button now appears, but when I click it, it takes me to the pricing page.

    On the pricing page, I want to signup to the Premium account, but there is no button under it. Rather in place of the button, it says "Your current plan."

    After log in to your JotForm account can you try to visit the following page:

    http://www.jotform.com/upgrade

    This should take you to the sign up page for Premium account. Let us know if this works.
