I am no longer receiving emails from my submissions. Emails from our form submissions were being received ok until a couple of weeks ago.
The correct email address is still in the form (in fact we have not edited our forms at all lately) but no emails are received when a form is submitted. I also went into the form & hit 'test email' to check to see if an email would come in. It comes up on screen saying that an email has been sent, but nothing has been received.
Has there been a change that we are not aware of?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check the email alert of your last edited form #60192414232849 and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. I also checked our email logs and found that earlier the submission email were getting failed but now they are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not? You may also like to take a look at your spam folder as well and see if the emails ended up there.
Do get back to us if you still do not receive submission emails.

Thanks for that. After I submitted my query I found how to clear my
email address from the bounced emails list which worked.

Thank you for letting us know. Yes, you're correct. In the future, if you have similar problems you can remove your email address from bounce list on your side.
