    Your email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the email notifications. I have now removed your email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.

    To prevent this issue from happening again, I would suggest you contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist jotform's addresses. Here's a list of jotform's addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.

    Dear Sir

    I have received the replay from my provider Hostinger and the response is the following:

    Unfortunately the action of remove the email address form the bounce list can't be do it because of safety reasons, since this IPs are locked by several providers.
    The verification and unblocking are carried out automatically in absence of more complaints.

    Therefore I continue without receiving the forms , Please solve this problem

    There is no need to remove the address from the bounce list from your email provider. Please ask your email provider to simply add the jotform addresses to the whitelist.

    I'm afraid that your last message came only with quotes of all the conversation previously had on this support thread. If you have added anything to your last message, I'm afraid we didn't receive it.

    When it comes to your emails not being received, it is because the recipient server (iregistro.es) is bouncing our emails. When emails are bouncing, it means that the recipient is rejecting our emails, and here is the exact rejection reason your server provided:

    smtp; 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [54.240.11.39] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net

    The error literally means that your site (iregistro.es) is using a blocklist from another site (dnsbl.sorbs.net), and that blocklist includes IP address 54.240.11.39. The IP address 54.240.11.39 belongs to Amazon SES, which is a service we are using for sending our emails. To resolve the issue, there are pretty much two options:

    1. If you want to receive emails sent from our servers, your IT department or server administrator will have to whitelist that IP address. As long as it is blocked, you will not be able to receive emails that are sent from it.

    2. If you do not want to whitelist the IP address of our email senders, the only alternative is to use your own SMTP server for sending the notification emails from your form:
