Hi there, I am new to Jotform, great site!

I would like to know, is it possible to create a form but insert amounts myself before I send the form to my client?

For example, I am a wedding photographer and I would like to create a wedding agreement form, yet with each form I do I would like to send the form with the amounts already included.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

    Justin

    Hi Justin,

If I understand you concern correctly, you want to send a form link to your customer where some fields/data are already inputted? If this is the case, you can send them the Edit Submission Link of the form. In this option, you will need first to fill up your form and submit it. Once you have submitted the form, you can get the Edit Submission Link of the form and send it to your customer so they can check and approve it. For more information, you can check this article: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date.

Another option would be to prepopulate the form via URL parameters. You can check this article for more information: Prepopulating Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
