    Email History: Some mail logs are missing

    2. Why are some failed notifications not showing up in the activity log? Just now I sent a test email and two notification emails were sent (Gmail and Sprynet) but not the one to Roadrunner. But the Roadrunner account has worked up until this test.

    3. You said, "I checked the mail log of the email jessecorrell@sprynet.com and I was able to check that one email was successfully sent." I want to know where you found that notification email because I told you that it wasn't in the activity log. I also told you that this address never received the notification, but you didn't react or respond to that or give me an explanation.

    Based on our admin log, the recent emails for hbfred@tampabay.rr.com were successfully sent. There was also the log for July 26, 2016

    However, as per checking on the Email History page of your account, the email log was not displayed. Only two email logs were displayed.

    The email log that I have shown you is from our support admin mail log tool. Based on that, the emails were successfully sent.

    I was able to confirm that the log that I have shown you was not displayed on your Email History page. There was no record found for email jessecorrell@sprynet.com last July 25, 2016.

     

    I will have to escalate the issue to our development team for them to further investigate this missing mail log issue. Will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

    Are there any updates on this issue?  I have noticed several missing emails from my activity log as well.

    I am having issues as well.  My Web Inbox and Activity Log do not appear to be up to date.  I have received submissions that don't show up in the log or in the Inbox.
