Hi,
I have received a complaint from one of the customers that she can't upload her picture.
Unfortunately for some reasons, her picture was not uploaded at all. It is really weird as it is a compulsory field, so she could not even go through unless she uploads it correctly.
I double checked and there were more registrants without a picture.
How can it be?

I have created a Clone form. And tried to upload the picture, and I am successfully able upload the picture.
Can you please try to ask the user, what image size she is trying to upload, and if possible also update us the Browser, which she is using. So we can do further investigation in that direction.
