I have had a number of submissions, ive received paypal payments for yet i dont reveive an email from jotform. Ive double checked all my notifacation settings and still cannot figure it out. If theres anything you could do, to help id be so thankful.

I would suggest you to first enable the Instant Payment Notification on your PayPal account, this will help you to ensure the payment was successfully done: How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
Also, you should enable the Incomplete Payment Notification, so you will be notified also if there is an incomplete payment: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

If after doing this payments keep being flagged as incomplete, please let us know, we will be glad to further check why it is happening.
