I found out that the email recipients in your notification is listed in the bounce list. This is the reason why you're not getting the notifications.
I have removed them from the bounce list. You should be able to get new notifications now. I also checked your notification and I can see that it is configured properly.
Please try whitelisting our mail servers and IP addresses. Lastly, please check this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
