Jotform temporarily unavailable

    Our jotform is "Temporarily unavailable".  Can this be fixed please?  We have entries that are not able to be submitted.

    Can you please indicate if you are still having issues opening your form. I was able to view the form properly.

    The form is back up and running. We lost 6 applications.
