I want to add a coupon to the Stripe form.

I see that your form is set to collect custom amount donations:

Please note that coupons are available only for products and subscriptions, where the price for a product or subscription that your users are selecting is set in advance. This means that your Stripe tool should be set to either "Sell Products" or "Sell Subscriptions" as the Payment Type:

Coupons can then reduce the price of the original product, and after creating your products or subscriptions, you can add coupons by simply switching to the Coupons tab of the payment tool:
