I am trying to create a form but it wont allow me to copy and paste my terms. How do I do that with out having to type them again?

I have inspected the form you provided and your terms & conditions are shown on the form. I also saw that your terms & conditions are in form of uploaded image. 

From where are you trying to copy your text? It is not possible to copy the text from the image. If you have your terms & conditions and conditions on some text document than you can copy and paste them. If you only have image with your terms & conditions and you want to shown them as text on your form, then you will need to type them manually.
