The last year we have not got any filled out forms from customers. It used to work can you check it out? I did a test run a few minutes ago everything seemed fine. It said "thank you, your submission has been received". But the filled out form never gets received on our email??

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that your email address jtbcleaning@yahoo.com ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. See
I have now removed your email address from our bounce list. Please note that it is a known issue to send submission emails to yahoo email address since Yahoo changed it's DMARC authentication policy. I would suggest you to please use some other email address like gmail etc to use as recipient email to receive submission emails.
