Create Drop Down Item Based on Answer Selected

Hi.

Is there a way to have an additional box drop down based on what a customer selects? Example: Lets say I create a drop down box and the customer selects an answer.  Based on the answer they give, I would like an additional box to appear for them to answer in more details.

It is also possible to show multiple fields conditionally using a single condition:

Set up your dropdown field, then set up the fields you would like to show for each option.  After that, create the conditions to show those fields when the appropriate options are selected.
