How to setup a conditional autoresponder?

Can you set a condition to where if they choose "save this vendor" it sends them an auto responder with a vendors name?

for example..they fill out "Cakes 123"s form, if they choose the radio button "save this vendor" it will send them an auto responder email that simply says "cakes 123" or some type of message?

    Hi Meg,

    If I understand you would like to create an autoresponder that include the name of the form that is submitted. By default all the notification created will already contain the name of the form in the email body. It will also contain it in the subject using the field {form_title}

It's actually a little more in depth than that...
I DO NOT want an auto responder to go to anyone who chooses "YES" on the
    form.
I ONLY want an auto response message to the one who chooses "YES" > "Save
    this vendor for later"
If they choose the "Save this vendor for later", they will get an auto
response message that says "Just a reminder that 28 Event Space was a
favorite vendor! Please check the app to view more info"
    Does that make sense?
I wasn't sure if having a regular submit button that only sends the form
info to the forms email address if any of the other options are chosen
after choosing "yes" or "no" options.
and then make the 2nd submit button appear if they choose "save this vendor
for later" which can have the auto responder attached to it?
Would that work? Hopefully this makes sense.

Using the conditions wizard, you may have additional rules in the condition so that you can match to your requirement. In your case, we can have two rules to check Yes and Save this vendor options.

Please see the screencast below that can help you with setting up the conditions for the auto-responder with these rules.

Please be noted that the emails with conditions shall be sent only if the rules set are true.

It is not required to have two submit buttons on the form, if you are submitting the form for only once and no edits are required.

    Hope this information helps!
