URL link to form - title name conflict

    My form "comprar y preguntas" was originally created on another account (voss) then shared with me.

    I then imported the form (voss) and renamed to use/edit within my FB page.

    However, whenever I sent link to anyone within FB, it reads, "Clone of PayPal Responsive Form" which TOTALLY confuses my customers. You can see what it looks like below....

    It should only read "Comprar y Preguntas"

    How do I correct this? Can you change it?
