Terms & Conditions Widget: It's not allowing to submit the form due to incomplete values although the widget is filled.

    I've tried everything possible and I can't go past submit. I even had someone else try on their own computer and same message.

    I cloned your form and I can see the widget "Terms & Conditions" causes the issue, I fixed it by removing and adding it once again to the form. 

    Could you please do the same?

    Thank you for your help! Appreciate it. I've also explored other options too. So I think I'm good. I was so worried I would've had to trash this one and start all over.
