How do I test my form?

    We have had several complaints that two of our forms are not working and people are getting an error message. How can I test the form with out making payment myself to see if it is working???

    Many times this error occurs when the person leaves a required field empty, but for the donation form below, the person filled it out several times and even had our controller try it. Both of these situations happened on Friday, July 22, maybe there was a glitch in your system?

    You can test your payment form by enabling the sandbox mode on the payment field. To set up the sandbox mode, please follow this guide: How to Test Authorize.net Payment Tool on Sandbox Mode?

    May I ask what type of error message do your users get? This will help us identify the cause of the issue that you encountered. You can also send us a screenshot of this error by following this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

    I thought I included a screen shot of the error message in my original support, see attached.
    Although the error says "credit card number required", the user enter the information several times.
    The forms seem to be working as of yesterday, a few payments were made on those forms.
    Must have been a glitch maybe on your end on Friday of last week, as we received payments on Thursday but Friday was when the troubles were reported.

    It looks loike you received a successful payment as of yesterday.  I am not sure what may have caused the transaction process to be temporarily unavailable, however, it does look to be working once again.
