The messages that our email gateway is rejecting are not from any of the IPs/domains you have listed on your white-list help page. They are coming from:

That does seem to be not from our whitelist page. However, we do have email@example.com as a sender email. May I ask for the account username where you encountered an issue with the email notifications? This could help us check the issue further and identify why your email gateway is rejecting that domain. I will wait for your response.

Yes, that information belongs to us.
You can also switch between these emails in your email notification under the advanced tab.
Feel free to add them to your whitelist so emails coming from that address will not be rejected by your email service provider.

We do have the CIDR block, let me consult with our second level to see if they can provide us that information. You will be updated via this thread.
