I checked our mail logs and it seems that all the notifications were sent successfully to your email address. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Please check your spambox to see if the emails were sent there. Also make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list. For more information on notification issues, you may also check out this guide: Why I am not receiving email notifications?
