Submission storage full

Hi

What's the difference about "monthly submission" and "Submission storage"? 

Monthly submission I cannot control. 

But can I delete any" submission Storage" not to reach the limit?

Monthly submissions is number of submissions that you can receive each month. Considering that you have free account you can receive up to 100 submissions each month. Submission counter is reset to zero on first day of each month. 

Submission storage is  total number of submissions across all the forms in your account. All submissions of your forms are counted. For free account submission storage is limited to 500 submissions. If you have more than 500 submissions in your account, the oldest submission will be deleted when you receive a new submission.

Like you mentioned you can not control, monthly submissions, but you can control Submission storage. You can delete your submissions to clear total number of submissions that are stored on your account. However please note that deleted submissions are permanently deleted from our servers and can not be restored. 

I would suggest you to first download your submissions to your computer and then delete them.
