How can I make more or free upload space

You can get more upload space by upgrading to a higher subscription plan:

For example, our Silver plan allows having up to 100 GB of available upload space for your files.

Alternatively to upgrading your subscription, you can delete some of your existing submissions to clear out the upload space. Deleting a submission will delete any files that were uploaded within that submission as well, so you can simply go through your submissions and delete the old ones that contain uploaded files.

Please don't forget to export your submissions first and download your uploaded files, prior to deleting them, so that you do not lose access to your precious data:
