How to set radio buttons to have images instead?

Oooh, what did you use for the sticker selection section in that podo sticker form?

I'm glad that you like it :)

We used Image Radio Button widget. You can find it in our tools section as well:

Just search for it under More fields section.

You have to have Image URLs that you want to show as selection. You can set their labels, sizes etc.
