Why does the file upload field won't allow the switch to 'no size limit'?

I would like to change the file size limit for two upload fields on our form to unlimited, but for some reason, the change will not save.  Instead, I kept the limit but increased it to huge numbers.

    Can someone have a look?

    Thanks.

I've cloned your form and changed the max file size of the value with 1GB. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.

JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file (use 1048576 value in KB to set the 1GB limit)

JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per request (submission).

Dropbox = Individual max file size is 300MB. Files over 300MB are not being forwarded to Dropbox, but you can download them from your JotForm storage. Please, check the guide below for more information:

    Hi there,

I am trying to remove the limit entirely from this section:

But my change are not being saved.  The changes I thought were saved earlier (making the max size a big number) also did not save.  Not sure why this is.

When I've checked your form . I see that you're able to change the value of max size on your form.

Are you still having the issue on your end? If it yes, please, clear your caches and test it again. In addition to that, you need to make those changes in the main account. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

Still having this issue, the form will not save my changes and now all image submissions are showing a 'failed' error.

I have tried to change the file upload size and I was unable to reproduce the issue.

At the moment you cannot remove the maximum file size from your form. As my colleague suggested you can find the file size limit here:

JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file (use 1048576 value in KB to set the 1GB limit)

JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per request (submission).

Dropbox = Individual max file size is 300MB. Files over 300MB are not being forwarded to Dropbox, but you can download them from your JotForm storage.

Have you managed to clear your browser's cache? You can follow this guide on how to do that.

    We'll wait for your response.

It seems to be working now, I no longer see the error in the form when trying to upload.

    Thanks.
