Can I send pre-filled jotforms to individuals?

Can I use Jotform to have alumni confirm information we have about them? That is can a jotform be emailed to someone Prefilled with MS Access info that they can edit or confirm?  we'd be sending up to 1000 at a time.

It is possible to pre-fill the data on a JotForm by using the URL parameters. Please see the guide below that can help you with prepopulating the fields.

However, since you have different data to be filled and send the URL to different persons, you'll need to generate the URLs and send them manually may be using a Mail merge feature.

You may use an Excel spreadsheet to generate the form URLs by merging the fields to the URLs as shown below:

Once you have all the data ready in the spreadsheet, you may follow the steps for mail merging using MS word.
