We use a jotform form to register people for an event and collect fees. On April 6, 2016 between 4:29pm and 9:56pm we had several people submit forms and payment but we do not have a submission with their information. They can prove they registered and paid because they have an email copy of their submission (sent by jot forms) and a paypal receipt as well. When looking into it further I discovered sever blank submissions. They only thing recorded for them is the time. these times correspond exactly to the emailed receipts. these submissions did not and do not download to spreadsheet so we had no idea there was a problem until we started getting complaints. Was something going on with the Jotform site that evening? How do we prevent this from happening again?

I forgot to put the form info. Here it is:
It is embedded on our website here:

I checked the submissions of your form and I was able to see what you are reporting. There are five (5) submissions that shows empty data on the submission page.
I will have to escalate the issue to our development team for further checking. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

I also found two blank submissions on a different form that were created during that time. I have copies of the emailed submission info which show that data was actually entered. And again when the data is downloaded to excel these entries do not show so we were unaware of the issue until we got a complaint yesterday.
That form is https://www.jotform.com/submissions/50514574003950 and it is accessed from here:

I checked the Submissions page you have given and looks like the following submissions are blank.
Thanks for further details. Our backend team is now checking this. Apologies for the inconvenience.
