seem to be locked out of my account and have asked for password reset but have not received any email.
This jot form has stopped sending emails with form content. When I attempted to login, my PW doesn't seem to work anymore. Please help. Thanks,

Your email address is int he bounce list. I have removed it from the list now. You should be able to receive emails from JotForm now.
Please try requesting for a password reset again. I also checked the other recipient and it is also in the bounce list. I have removed it as well.
