None of my EU forms seem to be submitting

    A number of forms I have were working fine this morning but they have stopped working now. I hit the submit button and I am redirected to an empty page but the usual Ok confirmation page does not display. The data is not submitted either. I have changed nothing on these forms. Is there some service down in JotForm?

    I have tried two different forms and they both seem to have this issue. I have changed nothing to make this go wrong. Can you advise urgently please?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have informed our back-end team about this and they have fixed it as immediate as possible. Could you please check again and see if the forms are now working as expected?

    Thanks Charlie. This is working again. I don't know why this stopped exactly but if somebody can tell me the detail I would appreciate it.

    There was a server issue that is related to forms in EU region. Forms that were not submitting earlier are isolated in that area or domain. We have contacted the back-end team as soon as we have seen your reports. Apologies if this might have taken a couple of minutes before it was fixed.
