When a form is sent we should get tick sign showing it has gone but this isn't working and form are not getting through

We had a temporary issue earlier with EU based forms that has since been fixed. Forms should be working properly as of this time. If any of yours are still not functioning as they should, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

I have 3 forms that were completed between 17:21 and 17:17:33 GMT time that I had email confirmation for but they do not appear on the submission file. Will they appear later?
If not, this is a serious issue as people will be relying on your submissions and if they have not requested an email and do not see your notice they will not know about them and the data will be lost.
