Card Number is blocked

Suddenly all card numbers on the submitted (donation)forms are blocked. This is the most essential information we need to have. (see attachement)

Can you please urgently give us the reason why this has changed in the last days and how can it be changed, also for submissions from the past?

Actually collecting credit card numbers are against Jotform terms. Recently we have scanned all of our database and replaced all credit card numbers like this 5147########4142
