Your system is not sending me instructions to reset. Please help!

Please try requesting for a password reset again. You should be able to receive it now. The reason you didn't get your reset password email is because your email is in the bounce list. I have removed your email in the bounce list.
Also, it is a good idea to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
