Adding a Photo to Configurable List?

I have a Configurable list in one of my forms and want the user to be able to take a picutre as it relates to that particular question.

Unfortunately, file upload is not possible in the configurable list widget. You may consider adding a textbox in the row which will serve as the input for the photo URL. You can advise users to upload the photo somewhere and enter the link in the textbox.

Another workaround would be to add our file upload field in the form, enable multi upload option so they can upload files based on the number of rows added in the configurable list widget.
