JotForm says form does not exist upon submission

    Hi Support!

I hope you guys are fine.

I've been using your more-than-great neat JotForm for a few years. It has had some hipcups on occasions, but so far you're the best at what you do.

I created a new form (formID=62084861975366 ). This form goal is to collect company names, contacts and adresses from our visitors to send them a paperback catalogue. Nothing confidential that could be on your privacy radar and raise false postive alarms for instance.

When I test, it seems to work fine until I press the submit button: then it shows a jotform message that says my form does not exist; the entry is not collected, the thankyou page is not shown.

I believe I've done it by the book, and can't figure out what I could do. I even tried http://www.jotform instead of http://forms.jotform in case it's a replication issue with EU servers... doesn't work either. Can you please help me sort it out guys?

    Thanks in advance,

    Daniel

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

There was a short issue with the form submissions in EU region today. I have tested your form and I was able to submit it. Please re-check it from your side.

Thank you for using our service.
