I have a Woocommerce site and we recently added a used items listing section through Woocommerce. We'd like people to inquire about the item, instead of purchase. So, I'd like to add a simple inquiry form in a custom tab to every product listing.
However, since the form will be on every product page, I won't know to what product they are referring to once they receive the form. Is there a way to add code in my notification form so that I receive the URL (or title of the page) from where the form was sent?

I think you are looking for the Get Form Page URL widget. Please try adding this widget to your form so that the Product page will be displayed for each submission.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
