Submit button hidden in Internet Explorer

    in IE the submit button is hidden behind the collapsible form part.  How can I fix this?

    Generally, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla firefox. However, it seems that there is an issue with the form since the Submit button is not displaying even with the new version Internet Explorer/Edge as well.

    I am sorry for the delay in responding back. As I check the issue further, it seems that there is an issue with the theme applied to the form itself. Could you try removing the theme from the form and see if any other theme is causing the issue?
