Follow up on account upgrade

    At the moment my business can not operate.

    So what is my monthly cycle? What day of the month starts my new cycle? 

    Maybe I'm unclear. I followed your instructions and went to settings, then jotform footer. I ticked the box. Will this now give me unlimited views? When I pull up a site which has a form it indicates over limit.
    This really is not fair that all my forms have been disabled. As this is a new feature and not one which was disclosed at the time of purchase I would think there would be at least a twenty four hour grace period. I had received an email last night (-5GMT) at 6:16 PM indicating to upgrade;
    email from jotform: Please upgrade your account within the next business day or your forms will be disabled.

    I'm attempting top resolve this and the next business day has not ended and all the forms are disabled. Not a good way to do business.

    I renewed my membership on Jan 22nd 2016. Is my cycle on the 22nd of each month? How do you take a client from $45 annual membership and now expect the client to spend $1,200 per year. makes no sense.
