Sorry I can't start a new thread because you guys have disabled my account. I realized what the problem might be. On one of my forms we do request that the agent fill in their username and password for the various company platforms that we have. That is so they can have a record of what all their passwords are for each platform in one place. If we can't use JotForm to help our agents keep track of their information then we can delete that particular form. But I am hoping my account is reinstated as we were very much considering upgrading our plan with you guys. We really liked the ease of your service but we can't risk our account being suddenly deactivated without warning.

Thank you for your nice words toward our tool.
Your account CBBMARKETING is now in good standing. Since we have thousands of forms created for phishing (stealing passwords or credit card info) we have a system which detects and autosuspend accounts when they create such forms.
We know that there are some users who do not use our tool for these purposes.
However, due to the high volume, we cannot suspend and notify users manually. Hope you understand our point.
