Change Email Recipient: Why email is not being sent?

    I have a form that the conditions dosent work, could check what is the problem?

    I checked the email notification you're handling with conditions and I can see there is some missing data, please select an email address on "Reply-to Email":

    Some emails provider will not accept emails with missing info, here is a guide that will help you with setting up properly email notifications: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    I modified this on a cloned form of yours and then emails started working on my end. 

    You should also check the email addresses you're using and find if they are in our bounce list, sometimes when the email is rejected the email address is added to our bounce list, here is a guide that will help you to check and remove the email: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
